“Composition 20” Completed!
After a break during the year end holidays and a trip to Italy, I was able to complete “Composition 20.” The fairly small size of each section required cautious work and extreme concentration in order to achieve the result I was aiming for this piece. I wanted to contrast these small sections with a black outlining that is thicker than those in my other pieces. Much like that of “Composition 15,” this 150 x 50 cm canvas is longitudinal; as you can see it is almost as tall as me!
